Cookies that are crispy, sweet and soft enough to melt in your mouth.

1. 300g of butter (soft)
2. 120g of icing mixture/sugar
3. 40g of caster sugar
4. 100g of corn flour
5. 160g of custard flour
6. 240g of plain flour
7. 2 egg yolks
8. 2 spoonfuls of milk powder
9. few drops of vanilla essence

You can change the measurement of icing and caster sugar mixtures as long as they make up 160g.


1. Preheat the oven at 150 C.
2. Beat the softened butter and egg yolks together until well mixed.
3. Mix all the dry ingredients and add them into the wet mixture.
4. Using any mould or cutters, shape the dough according to any length or size that you want on a baking tray that is lined with baking paper.
5. Bake them approximately 20mins.
6. Let them cool before storing them in air-tight container. Serve and enjoy!
