Perfect Pasta #1

I just knew about this,a really essential and important secret in making pasta; "Do NOT throw the pasta water away". Pasta water is the boiling water that is used to cook the pasta and the cloudy remark of the water indicates the presence of starch in it. So instead of throwing the water away, it can be used to thicken the pasta sauce without adding any butter or milk. Add few spoonfuls of pasta water into your pasta sauce and it will thicken immediately. OR instead of draining and tossing your cooked pasta, why don't add the pasta straight into the simmering pasta sauce?
