Al-Bap 알밥

Rice with fish eggs or Al-Bap is the first Korean dish that I tried while I was in Seoul. I had it at one of the restaurants in Hongdae area and I had it for dinner for 3 nights in a row! It's so good I tell you lah!

Greatly flavoured with saltiness from the dried seaweed, fresh fish eggs added refined texture into the rice and kimchi was served to complement it as well. Shredded vegies and prawns were added as condiments and mix them altogether and it's really Ma shee suh yo (delicious).
