Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites

  • 1 cup of smooth and creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbs of softened butter
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of icing sugar (you may need more depends on how oily your peanut butter is)
  • A bag of pretzels
  • A handful of chocolate chips
  1. Mix peanut butter, butter, brown and icing sugar together. Mix them well until it forms a nice dough (it won't stick to your fingers if you try to roll it). You may need to add more icing sugar to get the dough texture.
  2. Then, take about a tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a smooth ball. On the tray, place a pretzel then the dough ball on top of it. Then add another pretzel on it and press it to make a sandwich pretzel.
  3. Leave them to cool in the freezer for about an hour or until they set.
  4. Take a handful of chocolate chips and put them into a microwave safe bowl. Melt the chocolates at high power for about 5-10 seconds. Then stir the chocolate mix well until all melted.
  5. Dip half of the chilled pretzel sandwich into the chocolate mix. Let them cool until they set before serving them.
