The Context

When you speak and argue, try to look at the context rather than the content of another speaker. 

See and reflect why the speaker said so and what influences his thoughts and decisions. 

It is like putting yourself standing from a third person point-of-view and having a bigger room for interpretation.

Just because their ideas are not as parallel as ours, that does not mean either us or them were less right. 

Our differences in thoughts and words are culturally driven and because we are enriched with diversity as human beings, those different virtues should be celebrated.
